You can purchase tickets by any of the following ways:

• Click here to go to our special TutuTix page on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
• Just call 855-222-2TIX (2849)
• Note that you will need a credit or debit card to buy tickets, and that tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis. So, buy early to get better seats!

**Handicapped seating is available and labeled on the seating chart.**

IF YOUR FAMILY IS IN MULTIPLE SHOWS PLEASE CONTACT THE STUDIO (610-495-4700) DURING OUR BUSINESS HOURS AND OUR FRONT DESK PERSON WILL ASSIST YOU WITH THE PROCESS. IF THE FRONT DESK PERSON IS UNABLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE, PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE AND YOUR CALL WILL BE RETURNED PROMPTLY.

 

You’ll have several options for how you want your ticket delivered:

• You can have it emailed to you, sent to your mobile phone internet browser

• Add it to your Apple Passbook (if you have the latest iPhone software) at no charge!

• Choose to have TutuTix mail you foil-embossed keepsake tickets for an additional fee– with your dancer’s name printed directly on the ticket!

Request for Parent Helpers:

• We appreciate our parents who help us create a safe and happy environment backstage.  It is fun and rewarding to volunteer your time and without your help, the show could not go on!
• If you do become a parent helper you are able to watch your child perform from inside the theater.
• Please sign up in the studio on our sign up sheets

 

Photography and Video Information:

Showstopper Photography will be photographing the students at dress rehearsal again this year. After your child finishes their dance on stage a class helper will take them to get their group photo in a separate room.  You may meet your child back in the auditorium.  Individual photos may be taken at any time during rehearsal as long as it is not 6 numbers or less before their group dance. Pictures will be mailed directly to your home.

Packet and extra forms will be available on-line and in the studio. 

Parents are welcome to bring video cameras to the dress rehearsal but not to the concert. It is very distracting to the performers and other audience members to have flashes going off and video cameras lights.
